How do you track a stolen Zoleo. one that is activated but not enrolled yet?

    Hi Marti! The ZOLEO isn't able to be tracked unless it's actively sending its GPS location via a message or Location Share + session to one of your approved contacts. 

    If your ZOLEO is lost or stolen, you can reach out to ZOLEO Customer Support, and see if they can provide the last known location of the ZOLEO (you'll need to verify account and device info for security/privacy reasons).
