Delete/Archive Messages or Threads

I'm a Zoleo newbie, but I think I figured it out for the most part :) However, I have not yet found a way to delete individual messages, or individual message threads? (I would understand if Zoleo wanted to keep them in a Trash folder for a few months e.g. in case of billing disputes.) Thanks!

  Hi Paul Mandl

  Yes! To delete a message within a conversation in the ZOLEO mobile app, simply long press (hold down) the message and hit "delete"

  To delete a whole conversation or message thread, from your list of conversations, swipe left on the thread and hit "delete".

  Note: Deleting a message or conversation from your ZOLEO mobile app would not affect billing for that message (if it was sent via satellite).
