Reactivation account
Request that you develope a means to reactivate your account from suspension back to the last used monthly plan from the Zoleo device itself. Should you lose internet, and/or mobile data there is currently no way to turn your Zoleo back on to active service since you can't access the website.
It seems to me that your market share would increase dramatically if you offered this feature. It would make the device a very desirable piece of kit for disaster preparedness, not just hiking or backpacking.
