Changing plans before 3 month period?
I am considering purchasing the Zoleo for an upcoming trip. Because a good part of this trip will be where there is limited to no cell coverage, it seems like an important bit of kit to have the ability to still give some basic information to people. I can see using the most expensive plan for the period I'm doing this, but with the 3 month window, before I can turn this into an inactive account until I need it a few months later, I can't see wasting the money for one additional month. Is there a way to activate a more expensive plan when needed, then drop it down to less expensive plan until I can put this into the maintenance/inactive mode until I need it again?

Plan changes can be performed at any time, but you can only suspend or cancel after the initial 90 day period for a new device activation.
Plan changes can be done online at www.zoleo.com within your ZOLEO account, and typically do require an internet connection and some planning...however there is always the option to contact ZOLEO Support using your ZOLEO device over satellite and we can assist you while you're off grid.
