Will work device in Kazakhstan

My name is Abzal, I am writing to you from the Republic of Kazakhstan. I really want to buy your GPS trackers. I buy them for geologists for long trips in the steppe. But I have questions about activating the sensors:
1. Will they work in our region
2. Will I be able to activate them if I do not have an American phone number.

  Hi Abzal,

  Thanks for your interest in ZOLEO! 

  The ZOLEO devices themselves operating on the Iridium satellite network, which essentially works anywhere on the globe. 

  However, in order to setup billing and an account in order to activate a paid service plan for the device (which it requires to function), you would need a valid billing address, including phone number, as well as payment method based in one of our currently supported regions. (Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK and selected nordic EU countries).
