We are thrilled to share an important update aimed at enhancing our services for our New Zealand customers. Starting from the 5th of March, your account will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), inclusive of the 15% New Zealand GST.
You can review the updated service plan pricing in NZD here.
This change reflects our dedication to providing a more localized and convenient service for you.
Please note that there will be a brief period on the 5th of March during which you won’t be able to access your account, as we implement these updates. Rest assured, we will notify you on the day of the change to confirm the completion of the transition.
What Won’t Change:
- Login and Bill Cycle: Your login URL and process, as well as your regular billing cycle, will stay the same.
- Device Features and Support: All the details of your device, including its features and our support channels, remain unchanged.
- Plan discounts: Discounts for the duration of the promotion or coupon used at the time of activation will be honored.
What's Changing:
- Invoicing in New Zealand Dollars: From the 5th of March, your invoice will show prices in NZD, clearly indicating the GST amount. For the summary of prices in NZD please click here (link to the hidden page for plans in NZD)
- New Billing Account Number: Your account number will start with “ZN” instead of “ZA”.
- Credit Card Payments: Commencing on March 5th, all credit card payments will be in NZD. Any outstanding payments on your old account will continue to be processed in AUD.
While no immediate action is required on your part, we recommend downloading any past invoices or payment records you need before the 5th of March, as access to these will be limited after the migration. If you require access to these invoices after the 5th of March, please contact us.
This transition is part of our ongoing effort to enhance your ZOLEO experience. We are here to support you, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at https://www.zoleo.com/contact-us if you have any questions.
