Iridium Maintenance Notice: Temporary Service Impact - April 24, 2024

Service Advisory for ZOLEO Customers

We have been informed by Iridium, our satellite service provider of an upcoming network maintenance. This maintenance is part of their ongoing efforts to ensure the reliability and security of the satellite communications network.

Details of the Maintenance:

• Date: Wednesday, April 24, 2024
• Time: 6:10 PM to 9:10 PM UTC (2:10 PM to 5:10 PM EDT)
• Impact: Potential short delays in message delivery, including text messaging, SOS and tracking

During this period, maintenance will be performed on one of the 66 satellites in the Iridium network. As a result, you may experience brief delays in message delivery if the satellite undergoing maintenance is overhead. Normal service will resume promptly with the passage of the next satellite.
