ZOLEO App & Google Play Services

The ZOLEO mobile app requires Google Play Services to function properly on Android devices. If Google Play Services is not available on the device where the ZOLEO app is installed, the app may briefly display the start-up screen before closing unexpectedly.

Google Play Services is essential for the ZOLEO app to deliver new message notifications when connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data and to support certain location-based features. Without Google Play Services, the app cannot run on an Android device as these key functionalities will be unavailable.
