ZOLEO provides automatic updates on your satellite message usage, ensuring you stay informed when you've used a portion or all of your plan’s messages. If you're subscribed to the Basic or In Touch monthly service plans, you'll receive notifications as you approach your limit, and have the option to purchase a one-time top-up bundle to avoid overage charges if needed.

Who Receives Notifications?
Usage notifications are sent to the account owner’s email address (this is the email address used to sign up for your ZOLEO account) and directly to the ZOLEO app of the user who is currently linked to the device.
When Are Notifications Sent?
- Basic Plan: Notifications are sent when 50% (13 messages) and 100% (25 messages) of your plan’s messages are consumed.
- In Touch Plan: Notifications are sent at 80% (200 messages) and 100% (250 messages).
You will also receive an update once all of the messages from the message top-up bundle have been consumed.
Important: Existing proration rules apply with rate plan changes.
Who Can Purchase a Message Top-Up Bundle?
The account owner and the user who is currently linked to the ZOLEO app have the option to purchase message top-up bundles.
How to Purchase a Top-Up Bundle on the App
Purchasing a message top-up bundle is simple. This can be done using your ZOLEO online account or directly from the ZOLEO app. Usage notifications will include instructions for purchasing top-up bundles. Information on the cost of the top-up bundles can be found here.
To add a message top-up bundle using the ZOLEO app, simply reply to the notification you received using the appropriate keyword.
- To add 20 messages, reply with Add20
- To add 75 messages, reply with Add75
You'll receive a confirmation once the bundle is successfully added. You can purchase top-up bundles at any time and you can purchase as many as you like, but note they expire at the end of the billing cycle and are non-refundable.
