When activating your ZOLEO device, you will be asked to choose a ZOLEO.com email address. This unique address allows your device to send and receive messages via email through the ZOLEO App.
Tip: For the best experience, we recommend completing your activation using Google Chrome.
Understanding the ZOLEO Email Format
- All ZOLEO email addresses end in @zoleo.com.
- You are only required to enter the first part of the email (the portion before “@zoleo.com”).
- The domain “@zoleo.com” is automatically added by the system. You do not need to type it yourself.
Common Mistake: Adding an External Domain
Customers sometimes mistakenly try to enter a personal email address (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook). This will result in an error and prevent you from going to the next activation step.
Incorrect Example:
johndoe@gmail.com ❌
Correct Example:
johndoe ✅
Simply enter the desired name—do not include @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, or any other domain.
