Before You Begin
- Only return your device after receiving an RMA approval and return package from ZOLEO Support.
- The return box you receive will already include a pre-attached return shipping label and be ready for use.
- Do not include any accessories unless specifically instructed.
- These instructions apply to warranty returns or approved device exchanges only.
- Do not send your device to us without an approved RMA–unauthorized returns won't be processed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the package and take out the pre-labeled return box.
- Remove the defective ZOLEO device and USB cable from the bubble wrap.
- Wrap the defective ZOLEO using the bubble wrap.
- Place the wrapped device inside the return box.
- Seal the box using the round adhesive seal provided.
- Drop off the box at your nearest courier facility.
