How To Change The Message Check Interval

By default, your ZOLEO device checks for new satellite messages every 12 minutes. However, you can customize the interval to suit your needs. Please note, that this setting only applies to satellite messages and does not affect message delivery via cellular data or Wi-Fi.

The ZOLEO app provides the following options:

• Manual
• 12 minutes
• 24 minutes
• 60 minutes
• Always on

Keep in mind, that selecting 'Always On' will drain your battery more quickly, while Manual mode conserves battery by only checking for messages when you manually initiate it. For more information on how the message check interval affects battery life, visit our ZOLEO Battery Management guide.

 How To Adjust the Message Check Interval:

1. Power on the ZOLEO device. 
2. Open the ZOLEO app.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on My Linked ZOLEO Device.
5. Tap on Device Settings.
6. Tap on Message check interval.
7. Select your desired check-in interval. 
8. Tap on the Save button.
