You can update your monthly payment information on your MyZOLEO online account, where your billing and subscription are managed. Note any balance on the account will be automatically processed shortly after your payment information has been saved.
Please note: You can only update payment information if active billing is already associated with your account. If you don't have an active billing account and wish to add a payment method, you can do so during the activation of a ZOLEO subscription. How to Change Your Payment Information
- Log in to www.myzoleo.com.
- Navigate to the Payment Info section:
- Desktop: Find this on the left-hand side menu.
- Mobile: Access it from the "My Account" dropdown under your account information.
- Enter your new credit card information, replacing the existing details.
- Complete the "I'm not a robot" CAPTCHA.
- Click the Update button to save your changes.
Once you've made the change, please allow 10 to 15 minutes for it to register in the system. If it hasn’t been updated within that time, try refreshing the page in Google Chrome and attempt the change again.
