You can update your monthly payment information on your MyZOLEO account, where your billing and subscription are managed. Note any balance on the account will be automatically processed shortly after your payment information has been saved.
Please note the following can only be done if you have active billing on your account. If you do not and are hoping to add a payment method, this can be added during activation of a ZOLEO subscription. Click here for instructions on how to activate your ZOLEO device.
Changing credit card/payment card information on MyZOLEO
- Login at www.myzoleo.com
- Go to the Payment Info menu either on left hand side (desktop view) or in the My Account drop down menu under your account information (mobile view)
- Enter your new credit card information to replace the information already there.
- Select the "I'm not a robot" captcha.
- Select the Update button to save changes.
