- Go to www.zoleo.com and click "Sign In" (or go to www.myzoleo.com), and click Next to get to the login page
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter email address and click “Reset my password”
- You should receive an email shortly - Copy the code you received from “ZOLEO <noreply@zoleoinc.com>"
- Come back to their browser window where you were trying to log in, and paste or type the code into the Code field
- Enter the same new password into the two password fields, then click Change Password
- Log in by entering their email address and the password you just set
- After this, you should see the My Account dashboard, or be taken to the activation page if you don’t have an active device yet
