The ZOLEO app features a built-in help section to assist you with common questions, contact support, send app logs for troubleshooting, and understand SOS and Medical Assist functionalities.
To access the help menu, follow these steps:

Open the ZOLEO app.

Tap on Settings (gear icon).

Tap on Help.

You’ll see a list of help topics. Select the one you need:

ZOLEO Help: Access a quick guide on getting started and using your device and app.

Email Support: This option opens an email in your default email app with your app account information included. You can type your inquiry in this email.

Send Logs to Support: This option opens an email with your app logs attached, which are usually requested by the support team during troubleshooting.

How Does SOS Work: A graphic explanation of the SOS feature, showing step-by-step how to declare an SOS from the ZOLEO app.

Using Medical Assist: This section explains what Medical Assist is, how it works, and when to use it.
