The 15-digit ZOLEO IMEI number is located on a label on the outside of the packaging and on a label on the bottom of the unit. These labels also include the six-digit serial number needed for activation.
If either number has worn off but your device was previously activated, you can find both the IMEI and Serial Numbers in your MyZOLEO account.
- Log in to your MyZOLEO account.
- Navigate to Account Activity.
- Locate the Type column and click on it once to sort the list in alphabetical order.
- The first entry should be "Activation"—click View detail on the right.
- On the new page, select See Details to view your device's IMEI and Serial Numbers.
If you only need to locate your IMEI number, there are other ways to do this:

Linking the device to the ZOLEO app:
If your ZOLEO is powered on, you can try to pair it with the ZOLEO app on a mobile device. Even if it's not currently active, the IMEI may be displayed during the linking process. For detailed steps, see How to Link the ZOLEO Device & ZOLEO App. -
Via the ZOLEO App (if previously linked):
If Follow-Me Messaging is enabled, you can find the IMEI in the ZOLEO app under Settings > Follow-Me Messaging. You'll also find your dedicated ZOLEO SMS number and email address listed there. -
On an invoice in your ZOLEO account:
Log in to your MyZOLEO account, go to the section Invoices, and open any invoice. The IMEI will be listed in the Summary by Device section.
