When checking the weather forecast in the ZOLEO app and you see an incorrect location please check your phone or tablets settings.
Please make sure location service permission is allowed for the ZOLEO app and that the phone or tablet is not in airline mode.
iOS
- From the iOS device home screen, select Settings.
- Tap on ZOLEO.
- Tap on Location
- Enable either Ask Next Time, While Using the App, or Always.
Android (May vary depending on Android Version)
- From the home screen, tap on Settings.
- Tap on Apps.
- Tap on ZOLEO.
- Tap on Permissions.
- Tap on Location.
- Tap on Allow only while using the app.
