When unboxing your ZOLEO device for the first time, charge the battery fully before turning it on and connecting to the ZOLEO App. For optimal performance, charge your device regularly and avoid letting it run completely flat.

If this isn’t your first time using the ZOLEO device and it still won’t power on, please check the following:
- Ensure you are pressing and holding the power button on the device for at least 5 seconds or until the device makes an ascending tone.
- Ensure the device is within normal operating temperature [-20°C to 55°C (-4°F to 131°F)]. If the device is very hot or very cold, it will not turn on.
- When you plug in the charger, listen for any sounds or check if the Power LED turns amber. If there are no indications, leave the device to charge for 24 hours using the included cable (or a compatible one) and a charging block rated over 1.5A, connecting it directly to a wall socket.
- After 24 hours, try powering on the device again.
