The ZOLEO app is designed to work on iOS and Android, but will sometimes crash when opened because of conflicts with the settings on the phone or tablet it is running on or because of an issue when it was being installed.
iOS
- Verify that your iOS Language and Region setting is set to a ZOLEO region (Australia, Canada or The United States). The Language and Region setting is located in the iOS General Settings.
- If you are within cellular or Wi-fi range delete the app and reinstall it. Note: Do not do this if you do not have a data connection that will allow you to re-download the app.
Android
- If you are within cellular or Wi-fi range delete the app and reinstall it. Note: Do not do this if you do not have a data connection that will allow you to re-download the app.
