Airline mode is not recommended when using the ZOLEO app or ZOLEO device. While it varies by phones, airline mode may turn off Bluetooth connections and location (GPS) services on your phone.
It is recommended that you turn off individual services instead of using airplane mode, such as disabling cellular data and WiFi when you are in remote locations.
If you do use airline mode and experience location or Bluetooth connectivity issues please check that Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone.
