Important – Understanding your bill.
During the sign-up process, the plans and chargers you have accepted are based on Australian dollars (AU$). This will be reflected on your ZOLEO invoices each month.
It is important to note that the monthly fees or charges on your credit card/bank statement, will not match the invoice amounts from your ZOLEO bill. The amounts will be converted to New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) by your credit card provider or bank. The exchange rate used will also vary slightly from month to month, therefore some months may not have matching amounts. These exchange rates are set by your credit card provider/bank, and ZOLEO Inc. has no control over the daily rate used.
Depending on your credit card /bank provider, you may also incur an international transaction fee if your credit card/bank is not set up for international transactions. Please check with your credit card /bank provider as it may be worth adding international transactions to your account or choose a provider with no international transaction fees to avoid/reduce this cost.
ZOLEO Inc. will not be responsible for any additional fees or chargers incurred by you, for payments of your ZOLEO invoice. Please contact your credit card/bank provider with any questions about the additional fees and charges.
