This article reviews how to remove the Location Share+ feature on the My ZOLEO portal. 

Requirements:

• Internet access (Google Chrome preferred, but Safari can work as well)
• Access to your ZOLEO account's login
• When removing the feature, no credits are applied for the removal. We recommend you remove the feature on your last week before your billing date (up to the last date of the cycle).
• This takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Step 1 - Log into your account. Click here to open the myzoleo.com login in a new tab. 

Step 2 - Go to Devices & Plans

Desktop View

If your account information is on the left-hand side with a menu underneath, you'll find Devices & Plans in the menu.

Mobile View

If you're on the mobile version of the site, you'll your account information in the center with a My Account drop-down menu, go here to access Devices & Plans.

Step 3 - On Devices & Plans page - in the ZOLEO device information - Go to Manage Features Tab

Step 4 - Remove the feature by selecting "cancel this feature" found under the feature information

Step 5 - Confirm changes. A prompt will come up after it's completed confirming the changes are saved.
