Please be advised of a planned maintenance outage, to continually enhance system security, that will affect access to your ZOLEO account and ZOLEO websites.

|Outage period to:||12:00 PM EDT; 9:00 AM PDT; 3:00 AM AEDT (April 29th)|
ZOLEO account and websites. You will not be able to activate devices, make changes to your ZOLEO account or access ZOLEO websites during the outage, please plan accordingly. (Details below.)
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no impact on your ZOLEO device or mobile application — you can count on ZOLEO connectivity as usual.
How does the outage impact me?
When the maintenance is complete, you will be required to reset your ZOLEO account password. Select “Forgot your password?” to reset your account.
During the maintenance period, all ZOLEO websites will be unavailable for approximately two (2) hours, and your ZOLEO online account will be unavailable for approximately six (6) hours. During the outage you will be unable to:
- Activate a new device.
- Change your subscription plan.
- Make a payment.
- Change check-in or SOS contacts.
- Add features such as Location Share+.
If you anticipate needing to take any of the above actions to your account, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible so you are unaffected by this brief outage. If you have any questions, please contact us.
