How To Delete Messages in the ZOLEO App

If you need to delete a specific message or an entire chat thread in the ZOLEO mobile app, follow the steps below.

Please note, however, that Location Share+ messages and the most recent Check-In message cannot be deleted. This is intentional to ensure that the tracking information remains consistent between the sender and recipient for safety reasons.

iOS Devices

• To delete a message:

  1. Open the conversation.
  2. Swipe left on the message you want to delete.
  3. Tap the "Delete" option.

• To delete an entire chat thread:

  1. Find the chat you wish to delete on the main conversation list.
  2. Swipe left on the chat thread.
  3. Tap "Delete" to remove the entire thread.

Android Devices

• To delete a message:

  1. Open the conversation.
  2. Long press (press and hold) the message you want to remove.
  3. Select "Delete" from the options.

• To delete an entire chat thread:

  1. Find the chat you wish to delete on the main conversation list.
  2. Swipe left on the chat thread.
  3. Tap "Delete" to remove the entire thread.
