With ZOLEO, you have the flexibility to suspend or deactivate your service plan when you are not using it after your initial 3-month service contract has been completed.
Suspend/Pause Your Service:
For a small monthly fee, you can suspend your service while keeping your dedicated ZOLEO SMS number and email address. This way, once you are ready to use your device again, you won't have to pay a reactivation fee or start the initial 3-month service contract.
Deactivate/Cancel Your Service:
When you cancel your subscription, all billing in your account will cease immediately and your ZOLEO SMS number and email address will be forfeited. Reactivating the service later will require a reactivation fee and a new 3-month contract.
