ZOLEO allows you the flexibility to suspend or deactivate your service plan when you are not using it once your initial 3 month service contract has been completed.
There are differences between the two, and they are explained here.
Suspending/pausing your account for a few dollars a month will allow you to retain your dedicated ZOLEO SMS number and email address. You will also not need to pay a reactivation fee or start the initial 3 month service contract for when you wish to use your service again.
Deactivating/cancelling your account will mean that all billing on your account ceases and your ZOLEO SMS number and email address will be forfeit. You will also be required to pay a reactivation fee and start the 3 month initial service contract again.
