If the Check-In button on your ZOLEO device isn’t working, it could be related to how long you’re pressing it. The button is designed to function with a quick press; holding it down for too long may start a Location Share+ session or not work at all if you’re not subscribed to Location Share+.
When pressed momentarily, the Check-In button should trigger a confirmation tone and flashing green LED lights, indicating that the check-in message has been successfully generated.
To send a Check-In from the ZOLEO:

Power on the ZOLEO: Ensure the device is on by checking the Power LED at the bottom right, which should be flashing.
- Note: You can send a Check-In whether the device is connected to the ZOLEO App or not.

Press the Check-In button briefly:
- Important: Do not press and hold the button, as this will attempt to start a Location Share+ session. If you don't have Location Share+, nothing will happen.

Once the Check-In button is pressed, the ZOLEO will emit a tone and the LEDs will flash green in a clockwise pattern while sending. The tone will repeat three times, and the lights will stop flashing once the message is sent successfully.
