How replace battery if out of warranty?

  Hello Joe Milby!

   

  The internal lithium ion battery in the ZOLEO device is non-user replaceable. It should have a long lifespan provided you're following best practices with keeping your ZOLEO charged and not exposing it to extreme temperatures, etc. 

   

  With that said, you can contact ZOLEO Support as they may be able to provide you with some additional options if your ZOLEO is not performing at its best due to possible battery issues.
