Can't power on new Zoleo
I just tried to activate my new Zoleo. However, when I powered on the device, it would immediately shut down. The unit should be fully charged (green LED). The app shows, connection was made but immediately get "Error An unknown error has occurred and the device has powered down. Ok". I emailed support. Any suggestions on what I should try?
