Adding a ZOLEO App Contact to your Contact List

When adding a ZOLEO app contact to your smartphone's contact list, you will need to ensure that you have entered the contact's phone number using the international format. For example: If you are adding a contact to your contact list with a phone number of 647-559-2626, you will need to enter the phone number as +1-647-559-2626.

Using the international format will allow the ZOLEO app to detect the contact is a ZOLEO app user so you can take advantage of sending longer messages of 950+ characters and view deliver receipts.

Note: You may need to close and re-open the ZOLEO app if you notice the new contact does not appear in your contact list when composing a new message.
