If you wish to change your ZOLEO device’s dedicated email address, you’ll need to visit the ZOLEO website and login to your account from your smartphone, tablet, or computer web browser. The steps below will not change your account login email address, it will only change your @zoleo.com device address.
Note: Once you have changed your ZOLEO device email address, the old address will be removed from the system and messages to that email address will no longer be delivered.
Changing the ZOLEO Device Email Address
1. Login at https://www.zoleo.com/ then select My Account (use the User icon located on the top right).
2. Select the Devices & Plans tab.
3. Your ZOLEO device(s) will appear. Expand the desired device using the drop-down next to the device name.
4. On the Account Information tab below Device Information your current zoleo.com email address will be displayed in the Email field.
5. Edit the existing email address to the one desired. Note: You will not be able to use an email address that is already in use.
6. Once you’ve updated your ZOLEO device email address, press Save All at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
