If you have previously deactivated your ZOLEO device, you may reactivate it by logging-in to the ZOLEO website. You cannot reactivate service from the ZOLEO app. You may access the ZOLEO website via your phone, tablet, or computer internet browser. Please use the steps below to reactivate service on your ZOLEO device.
1. Log into to https://www.zoleo.com/.
2. Navigate to My Account.
3. Select Devices & Plans.
3. Select the Add Device button.
4. These next couple of pages should look familiar to you as they are the same pages you completed when you first activated your ZOLEO device. You’ll be prompted to enter your device details, pick a plan, add your contacts and confirm your order.
5. You may need to update your payment information if the payment information on your account is out of date.
6. You’ll receive an activation confirmation email once your device is activated.
