You may update your monthly payment information via the ZOLEO website. Any unpaid balances will be automatically processed once the change has been saved.
1. Navigate to www.zoleo.com and select your region.
2. Select the “person” icon on the upper right hand corner, you will be prompted to login using your account email address and password.
3. Once logged in, select the “person” icon on the upper right hand corner and then select My Account.
4. Scroll down to and then select Payment Method.
5. Click edit to update your credit card details.
6. Enter your new credit card information.
7. Select the Update button once completed.
