Please be advised, ZOLEO subscribers using iPhone and iPad smart devices should avoid updating to iOS 13.4 released by Apple on March 24, 2020.
An issue has been identified with this software update resulting in unreliable Bluetooth connectivity issues causing ZOLEO devices to erratically disconnect. It has been observed that disconnects can occur as frequent as every 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Updating to iOS 13.4 can result in ZOLEO App users experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues with their ZOLEO device.
To prevent updates from completing automatically on your Apple device, Automatic Updates will need to be disabled.
To disable automatic software updates, perform the following steps:
1. From your iPhone or iPad, tap on Settings
2. Tap on General then select Software Update
4. Scroll past the pending update then tap on Automatic Updates
5. Tap the Automatic Updates toggle so it appears in the off position
The ZOLEO team highly recommends not updating to iOS 13.4 until the issue has been resolved.
The ZOLEO Team.
