Please be advised, ZOLEO subscribers using iPhone and iPad smart devices should avoid updating to iOS 13.4 or above, until the latest ZOLEO app and ZOLEO device software updates have been installed.
An issue has been identified as a result of changes in how Bluetooth connectivity is managed in iOS version 13.4 causing ZOLEO devices to erratically disconnect. It has been observed that disconnects can occur as frequent as every 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Updating to iOS 13.4 or above prior to installing the latest version of the ZOLEO app and device software can result in experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues with the ZOLEO device.
