How To Change The Name and Phone Number in The ZOLEO App

When you first downloaded the ZOLEO app, you were asked to enter a name and your phone number. The name controls what message recipients see when you send a message to them via the ZOLEO app. The phone number allows friends and family with the ZOLEO app to see your everyday cellphone number as an app-to-app messaging option. 

To update your name or phone number, follow these steps:

To change your name:

1. Open the ZOLEO app. 
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Select My ZOLEO App Account.
4. Tap Change Name.
5. Enter the new name in the dialogue box.
6. Tap OK to save your changes.

To change your phone number:

1. Open the ZOLEO app.
2. Go to Settings, then My ZOLEO App Account.
3. Tap Change Phone Number.
4. Select your country from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter your new phone number in the Phone Number field.
6. Tap Continue.
7. Confirm the change by tapping Yes when prompted.
8. You'll receive a confirmation SMS with a code.
9. Enter the code in the app to complete the process.
