- Time: 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM ET (04:00 – 07:00 UTC)
Overall Impact
During this maintenance window, the MyZOLEO portal will be completely unavailable. You will not be able to:
- Log in to MyZOLEO
- View or manage your account
- Activate a new ZOLEO device
- Reactivate or restart a subscription
- Change your service plan
- Suspend or cancel a subscription
- Update account information
- Purchase message top-ups through MyZOLEO
Any attempts to access the MyZOLEO portal during the maintenance window will be unavailable until the maintenance is complete.
Message Top-Up Requests
If you purchase a message top-up through the ZOLEO app during the maintenance window, your request will be queued automatically.
The message top-up will be processed once the maintenance is complete and the system is available again. No action is required on your part.
Services Not Affected
The following services are expected to continue operating normally during the maintenance window:
- Satellite messaging
- SMS messaging
- Check-In messages
- SOS monitoring
- Location Share+
- Medical Assist
If you have already activated a ZOLEO device and are using the service, your device will continue to function normally for messaging and emergency communications.
