Safety Add-On Availability
The Safety Add-On is currently available to ZOLEO subscribers in the United States and Canada only. Customers in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the EU cannot purchase Global Rescue memberships through MyZOLEO.

Global Rescue Membership Plans
ZOLEO subscribers in the United States and Canada can choose from four Global Rescue membership tiers through the Safety Add-On in MyZOLEO.
Field Rescue Membership — $40.00 USD / $59.00 CAD
Includes one rescue per year for injury or illness, with transport to the nearest medical facility if hospitalization is needed or serious harm is imminent. Coverage is limited to altitudes below 15,000 feet (4,600 meters). Membership excludes search operations, ascents or descents from this altitude, and high-risk activities. The member's location must be known. Annual benefits limit: USD $50,000. Full details are available in the Member Services Agreement.

Individual Full Annual Membership — $356.25 USD
No activity restrictions. Includes two rescues per year for injury or illness, with medical evacuation to the home hospital of choice if higher care is needed. Membership excludes travel above 15,000 feet (4,600 meters) and ascents or descents from this altitude. Provides intelligence and travel advisory services, case management, and transport of mortal remains. Annual benefits limit: USD $500,000.
Individual Full Annual Membership with High Altitude — $826.50 USD
Includes all services of the Individual Full Annual Membership, plus rescue coverage with no altitude restriction, available above and below 15,000 feet (4,600 meters).
Build Your Own Plan Membership — Price varies
Customize your coverage: choose a duration from 7 days to 1 year for individuals, families, or students. Options include medical-only or medical and security plans, with optional telehealth access.

ZOLEO Subscriber Discount
ZOLEO subscribers in the United States and Canada receive an exclusive 5% discount on select Global Rescue plans when purchased through MyZOLEO. The Field Rescue Membership is not eligible for this discount. For all other plans, you'll be redirected to Global Rescue's purchase page with the discount automatically applied.
Membership Terms
Before purchasing a Global Rescue membership through MyZOLEO, here are a few important terms to be aware of:
- Each membership covers one individual aged 84 or younger
- Multiple memberships can be purchased under the same MyZOLEO account
- Memberships are non-refundable
- Memberships renew automatically one year after the purchase date
- You'll receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your renewal date
- To cancel auto-renewal, contact our Customer Experience team
How to Purchase a Global Rescue Membership
To purchase a Global Rescue membership, you'll need at least one active or suspended ZOLEO device on your account. To get started:
- Log in to MyZOLEO.
- Go to Safety Add-Ons in the left-hand menu.
- Select your preferred membership plan.
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete enrollment.
The Field Rescue Membership is purchased directly through MyZOLEO. All other plans redirect you to Global Rescue's website to complete the purchase.
