Unable to Proceed Past Update Notice on Android (ZOLEO App Version 6.8)

Some Android users may experience an issue where they cannot proceed past the update notice page after installing ZOLEO App version 6.8.

This article explains how to resolve the issue quickly by adjusting your device’s font settings.

Cause

This issue may occur if your Android device’s font size is set larger than the app’s supported range. When this happens, the “Continue” button may be hidden, preventing you from passing the update notice screen.

Resolution

Follow these steps to reduce your font size, complete the update, and then restore your preferred settings.

Step 1: Reduce Your Device’s Font Size

1. Open your Android Settings.
2. Tap Display.
   

3. Select Font size and style (or Font size, depending on your device model). This menu contains the font size slider for adjusting your text size.
   

4. Move the Font size slider to smaller than your current setting. You should see your preview text decrease in size as you adjust it.
   

5. Return to the ZOLEO App.
6. You should now be able to pass the update notice page successfully.

Step 2: Restore Your Preferred Font Size

Once you’ve successfully opened the app and passed the update notice page successfully:

1. Go back to your Android Settings.
2. Tap Display > Font size and style.
3. Adjust the Font size slider back to your original preference.
