ZOLEO Weather Temperature Unit Showing Incorrectly

The ZOLEO App bases your temperature units on your mobile device's settings. Here's how to change the temperature units for Android and iOS Devices. 

Android Devices - Language Settings

To adjust temperature units on your Android device, follow these instructions from Google Support:

• Visit the Google Support article.
• Refer to the section titled "Change the language on your Android device."

When this language is set to "US" English, the ZOLEO App will use Fahrenheit. For Celsius, select Canadian (CAN), Australian (AUS), New Zealand (NZ), or UK English.

iOS Devices - Temperature Units

To change the temperature unit on iOS devices, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Select Language & Region.
4. Select Temperature.
5. Choose your preferred unit (Fahrenheit or Celsius).

After Applying Settings

Once you have applied these settings, you might need to restart your phone for them to appear in the ZOLEO App. If after restarting your phone, the settings have not been applied yet, uninstall and reinstall the ZOLEO App.
