This article explains how to add or remove the Location Share+ feature on your ZOLEO device through the MyZOLEO mobile website. Location Share+ is a paid add-on that shares your ZOLEO device's location with designated Check-in contacts via the ZOLEO app. Your contacts must have the ZOLEO app installed to receive Location Share+ updates.

How To Add Location Share+
Follow the steps below to add Location Share+ to your ZOLEO device through MyZOLEO on mobile. Location Share+ is a paid add-on feature. Prorated billing will apply when the feature is added mid-billing cycle — you will be charged for the remaining days in your current cycle at the time of activation.
- Log in at www.myzoleo.com/customer/account.
- Go to the My Account drop-down menu and select Devices & Plans.

Locate your device under Account Information. Touch the three dots icon next to your device and select Manage Features.
- Select your preferred location update interval. This setting controls how frequently your ZOLEO device shares its location with your contacts.
- If you want to prevent the location update interval from being changed through the ZOLEO app, toggle on Lock Location Updates. When this setting is enabled, the interval can only be changed through MyZOLEO.
- Select Add+ to add Location Share+ with your chosen settings.
- On the confirmation page, review your selection and tap Confirm.
Location Share+ will be active on your ZOLEO device within 10 minutes. Prorated billing for the remainder of your current billing cycle will apply and will be reflected on your next invoice.
Once Location Share+ is active, make sure your Check-in contacts are assigned to your ZOLEO device and have the ZOLEO app installed. Contacts without the ZOLEO app will not receive Location Share+ updates. For help setting up contacts, see How To Add or Remove Assigned Contacts.
How To Remove Location Share+
Follow the steps below to remove Location Share+ from your ZOLEO device through MyZOLEO on mobile. Removing Location Share+ cancels this feature only — your ZOLEO plan and all other services will remain active.
- Log in at www.myzoleo.com/customer/account.
- Go to the My Account drop-down menu and select Devices & Plans.
- Locate your device under Account Information. Touch the three dots icon next to your device and select Manage Features.
- Next to Cancel This Feature, touch the X.
- On the confirmation page, select Yes, Cancel It to confirm the removal.
Location Share+ will be removed from your ZOLEO device within 10 minutes. Your Check-in contacts will remain assigned to your device and will continue to receive Check-in messages according to their selected contact method. They will no longer receive Location Share+ updates once the feature is removed.
