If MyZOLEO displays the message Account not configured to place new orders when you try to reactivate a canceled ZOLEO plan, use the steps in this article to check your account balance and request assistance. This message means the MyZOLEO account was restricted after an unpaid balance caused the previous service to be deactivated.
Resolve the Account Not Configured to Place New Orders Message
You cannot remove the Account not configured to place new orders restriction through MyZOLEO. Check the account balance first, pay any amount owed, and then contact ZOLEO Technical Support to have the account reviewed.
- Sign in at myzoleo.com.
- Select My Account from the top navigation menu.
- Find the Account Balance card.
- Review the displayed balance:
- A positive balance is an amount that must be paid.
- A zero balance means there is currently no amount owing.
- A negative balance is a credit on the MyZOLEO account.
- If an amount is owing, select Make a payment and follow the prompts. For detailed instructions, see How To Make a Payment.
- After paying the balance, or if the balance is already zero or shows a credit, contact the ZOLEO Technical Support Team. Have your MyZOLEO account number or the 15-digit IMEI from the back of the ZOLEO device ready. Support must review the account and remove the restriction before you can place a reactivation order.
After ZOLEO Technical Support confirms that the account can place orders, return to Devices & Plans in MyZOLEO and restart the reactivation. For complete reactivation instructions, see How To Reactivate Your Plan. If MyZOLEO still displays the same message, do not create another account or submit repeated activation attempts. Reply to the support case so the account can be checked again.
