If MyZOLEO will not accept or save a new payment method or billing address, use the steps in this article to check the information, retry the update, and resolve common browser issues. In MyZOLEO, payment information and the billing address are managed from the My Account page.
Update a Payment Method or Billing Address in MyZOLEO
Use the Payment Method card on the MyZOLEO My Account page to replace a saved card or change the billing address. A payment method can be updated only when active billing is already associated with the MyZOLEO account. If the account does not have active billing, add a payment method while activating a ZOLEO subscription.
- Sign in at myzoleo.com.
- Select My Account in the top navigation menu.
- Find the Payment Method card below the Account Balance card.
- Select Edit payment at the bottom of the card.
- To replace the saved card, complete the fields under Payment Method, then select Update payment method.
- To change the billing address, complete the fields under Billing address, then select Update billing address.
The card information and billing address have separate update buttons. Select the button for the information you changed. After submitting the change, wait 10 to 15 minutes for the updated information to appear in MyZOLEO.
The MyZOLEO My Account page shows the Payment Method card below Account Balance, with a green arrow pointing to Edit payment.
The Payment Method page has separate forms and buttons for updating the saved card and the billing address.
Use the Invoices & Payments Link to Retry the Payment Update
If the Edit payment button on the MyZOLEO My Account page does not open the payment form, use the Invoices & Payments link at the bottom of the website as an alternate route. This route opens the payment area without replacing the primary MyZOLEO 2.0 navigation described in the previous section.
- Sign in at myzoleo.com.
- Scroll to the dark footer at the bottom of the page.
- Find the Invoices & Payments column.
- Select Edit Payment Method.
- Enter the new card information or billing address, then select the applicable update button.
The ZOLEO website footer displays account, payment, device, and support links. A green arrow points to Edit Payment Method under Invoices & Payments.
MyZOLEO no longer uses a separate Payment Info page in the main navigation. When providing directions, use My Account > Edit payment as the standard route and the footer link only as an alternate route. If neither route opens the form, continue with the browser troubleshooting steps below.
Do not select Make a payment when the goal is to replace the saved card. That option is for making an account payment, not editing the recurring payment method.
Check the Card and Billing Information Entered in MyZOLEO
MyZOLEO may reject a payment update when a required field is incomplete or the information does not match the details held by the card issuer. Review the payment form before retrying the update.
- Confirm that the card is active and has not expired.
- Enter the cardholder name exactly as it appears on the card.
- Re-enter the card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVV carefully.
- Confirm that the street address, country, state or province, city, and ZIP or postal code match the billing information registered with the card issuer.
- Remove any unintended spaces before or after information entered in a field.
Select Update payment method after correcting card details. Select Update billing address after correcting the address. If the information is correct but the card is declined, contact the card issuer to confirm that the transaction is permitted. Do not repeatedly submit the form while a payment is processing.
Updating the card does not automatically correct an inaccurate billing address. Review and submit both sections when both types of information have changed.
Resolve a Browser Issue Preventing a MyZOLEO Payment Update
A stored browser session, extension, or unstable connection can prevent the secure payment form from loading or saving. Use a current version of Google Chrome and confirm that the internet connection is stable before retrying.
- Sign out of MyZOLEO and close every MyZOLEO browser tab.
- Close Google Chrome completely, reopen it, and sign in again.
- Return to My Account > Edit payment and retry the update.
- If the issue continues, open an Incognito window. On Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + N. On a Mac, press Command + Shift + N.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions that may affect secure forms, including ad blockers, script blockers, and pop-up blockers. If applicable, temporarily disconnect from a virtual private network (VPN).
- Clear the Chrome cache and cookies, restart the browser, and try the update again. Clearing the complete browsing history is not required.
- Try another supported browser or device if the form still does not work.
Re-enable any browser extensions or VPN after testing. If a specific error appears, record the exact message and take a screenshot that does not show the full card number, expiry date, or CVC/CVV.
Confirm That MyZOLEO Saved the Payment Update
Allow 10 to 15 minutes after selecting Update payment method or Update billing address. MyZOLEO may not display the new information immediately, so avoid submitting the same change repeatedly during this period.
- Wait at least 10 minutes after submitting the payment change.
- Refresh the MyZOLEO page or sign out and sign back in.
- Open My Account and review the Payment Method card.
- Confirm that the card summary or billing address reflects the information you submitted.
If the MyZOLEO account has an outstanding balance, ZOLEO may charge the saved payment method automatically shortly after the update. If the previous card information still appears after 15 minutes, refresh the page in Google Chrome and retry the update once. Continue to the support section if the change still does not appear or the same error returns.
If only the billing address was changed, the masked card summary may remain the same. Review the address displayed in the Payment Method card to confirm that update separately.
Contact ZOLEO About a MyZOLEO Payment Update Error
If MyZOLEO still will not save the payment method or billing address after completing the applicable troubleshooting steps, contact the ZOLEO Customer Experience Team. Include the following information, if available:
- The ZOLEO device's 15-digit IMEI, found on the back of the device or on its original packaging
- The account number shown beside Number in the Account Balance card on the MyZOLEO My Account page
- The billing address shown in the Payment Method card
- The last four digits of the card being added or replaced
- The exact error message and the approximate date and time it appeared
- The browser and device used to access MyZOLEO
- A summary of the troubleshooting steps completed and the result of each step
Do not provide your complete card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV, password, or verification codes in a support request. Before attaching a screenshot, mask all payment information and other sensitive account details. These details will help the team determine whether the issue relates to the payment form, the card information, or the MyZOLEO session.
