Message top-up bundles let you add extra satellite messages to your plan at any time. If you're running low on messages mid-trip or want to plan ahead before heading out, a top-up bundle ensures you stay connected.
Top-up bundles are available in 20 messages or 75 messages and can be added directly from the ZOLEO app or through your MyZOLEO online account.

How To Add a Top-Up Bundle Using the ZOLEO App
When you receive a usage notification in the ZOLEO app, you can reply directly to add a top-up bundle, even while off the grid. Use one of the following keywords:
- Reply Add20 to add 20 messages.
- Reply Add75 to add 75 messages.
You'll receive a confirmation message once the bundle has been successfully added.
How To Add a Top-Up Bundle Using MyZOLEO
To add a message top-up bundle through your MyZOLEO online account:
- Log in to your MyZOLEO account.
- Go to the Devices & Plans menu. On mobile, this is found in the My Account drop-down under your account information.
- Locate your ZOLEO device and expand it by selecting the down arrow next to the device name.
- Select the Manage Features tab. On mobile, tap the More options icon (⋯) to the right of your device's account information tab.
- Expand the Message Top-Up Bundle section by selecting the down arrow next to it.
- In the Bundle drop-down menu, select your desired bundle.
- Select Add + — a confirmation prompt will appear.
- Select Confirm to complete your purchase. The additional messages will be added to your plan immediately.
Message Top-Up Bundle Rules
Keep the following in mind when purchasing a top-up bundle:
- Bundles can be added at any time, and you can purchase as many as you need.
- Bundles are valid for the remainder of the current billing cycle only. Unused messages expire on your plan renewal date and do not carry over.
- Top-up messages are used before any remaining messages from your monthly allowance.
- Charges for top-up bundles are processed on your next scheduled billing date.
- Message top-up bundles are non-refundable.
