How To Turn ZOLEO On and Off

Turn on 

To power on your ZOLEO communicator, press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds or until it makes an ascending tone. Once the device is on and ready for use, you will hear a tone, and the Power LED will flash green.

Turn off 

To conserve battery power, you can turn off your ZOLEO communicator by pressing and holding the Power button for 3 seconds. Alternatively, navigate to ZOLEO App Settings > My Connected ZOLEO Device > Power Off My Device. A descending tone will confirm that the communicator is turned off.
