How To Turn ZOLEO On and Off

This article explains how to turn your ZOLEO device on and off. These instructions apply to both the ZOLEO and the ZOLEO 1500.

Turn On Your ZOLEO Device

To power on your ZOLEO device:

1. Press and hold the Power button for approximately five seconds.
2. Release the button when you hear an ascending tone.
3. Wait for the device to finish starting up. When it is ready to use, you will hear a confirmation tone and the Power LED will flash green.

Turn Off Your ZOLEO Device

To power off your ZOLEO device using the device:

1. Press and hold the Power button for approximately three seconds.
2. Release the button when you hear a descending tone. This confirms that the device has powered off.

You can also turn off your ZOLEO device from the ZOLEO app:

1. Open the ZOLEO app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select My Connected ZOLEO Device.
4. Tap Power Off My Device.

The device will play a descending tone to confirm that it has powered off.
