If someone invites you to view their ZOLEO Track map by email, you can open it in a mobile or desktop browser.
You do not need the ZOLEO app, a ZOLEO account, or the sender’s MyZOLEO login. You need access to the email inbox the sender invited.
Open an Email-Invited ZOLEO Track Map
To access the shared map:
- Open the ZOLEO Track invitation email.
- Select View shared map.
- You'll be taken to the shared map in your browser.
- Enter the email address that received the invitation and click Continue.
- Check that email inbox for a secure access link from ZOLEO.
- Select the secure access link to open the shared map.
ZOLEO sends an access link only when the email address is on the approved recipient list.
If the sender invited a different email address, ask them to update the recipient list. Entering another address does not grant access.
Understand Your Access to the Shared Map
An invitation lets you access the device activity the owner shares through ZOLEO Track. It does not give you access to the owner’s account settings, billing, or MyZOLEO login.
The owner can update the shared devices, expiration, and approved recipients. These changes do not create a new shared map URL.
The owner can also revoke the shared link. Revocation stops access immediately, including if you are already viewing the map.
Get Help Opening an Invited Map
If you cannot open the shared map, first check that you entered the exact email address the owner invited. If the shared map itself has expired or been revoked, please contact the owner.
