This article reviews how to make a one-time payment through your online MyZOLEO Account. The payment could be to pay for an outstanding balance or to create a credit in your account to pay for the upcoming months. Follow these steps to complete your payment securely.
1. Log into Your ZOLEO Account at MyZOLEO.com.
2. Navigate to the Make a Payment Section.
- Once logged in, find and select the Make a Payment menu option.
- If on mobile, you can find this in the My Account drop-down menu under the account information.
3. Enter Payment Information.
- You can choose to pay with the current payment method or with a different payment option.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay if there is no outstanding balance already.
- Enter your payment method information and confirm your billing address.
4. Submit the Payment.
- After entering your information, click on the Pay button.
- Before submitting, check the I'm not a Robot box to verify your identity.
- Your payment will be processed once you click on the Make Payment button.
