This article explains how to add or remove Location Share+ from your ZOLEO device using MyZOLEO in a mobile browser.
Location Share+ is a paid, device-level add-on that shares your ZOLEO device’s location with assigned Check-in contacts through the ZOLEO app. Each contact must have the ZOLEO app installed to receive Location Share+ updates.

How To Add Location Share+
You can add Location Share+ to a specific ZOLEO device from the Devices & Plans page in MyZOLEO.
Billing: If you add Location Share+ partway through your billing cycle, you’ll be charged for the remaining days in the current cycle.
- Log in to MyZOLEO from your mobile browser.
- Select Devices & Plans.
- Find the ZOLEO device to which you want to add Location Share+, then select Manage.
- At the top of the window that opens, select Plans.
- Under Change Plans & Add-Ons, select ZOLEO Add-Ons.
- Select the checkbox on the Location Share+ service card.
- Select Add to cart.

- Review Location Share+ and the charges displayed under Your cart.
- Select Continue.
- On the Payment Confirmation page, review the billing date and selected payment method.
- To use a different payment method, select Change payment method and enter the required information.
- Select Place order.

After you complete your order, Location Share+ will appear under Your Services for the selected ZOLEO device.
Make sure your Check-in contacts are assigned to the correct ZOLEO device and have the ZOLEO app installed. Contacts without the app will not receive Location Share+ updates.
Location Share+ will be active on your ZOLEO device within 10 minutes. Prorated billing for the remainder of your current billing cycle will apply and will be reflected on your next invoice.

How To Remove Location Share+
Removing Location Share+ cancels only the add-on for the selected ZOLEO device. Your device plan and other services will remain active.
- Log in to MyZOLEO from your mobile browser.
- Select Devices & Plans.
- Find the ZOLEO device from which you want to remove Location Share+, then select Manage.
- At the top of the window that opens, select Plans.
- Under Your Services, find the Location Share+ add-on.
- Select Cancel on the Location Share+ service card.
- Review the cancellation message. Cancelling Location Share+ ends the service immediately, with no proration.
- Select Yes, cancel.

Your Check-in contacts will remain assigned to the ZOLEO device and continue receiving Check-in messages. They will no longer receive Location Share+ updates after the add-on is cancelled.
