You can manage the shared links you create in ZOLEO Track. Update the expiration, change the shared devices or invited recipients, or revoke a link to stop access.
This article explains how to find your links, make changes, and manage expired or revoked link records.
Find Your Shared Links in ZOLEO Track
To find shared links you created:
- Sign in to your MyZOLEO account.
- Open ZOLEO Track.
- Select Share, then open Manage links.
- Select a link to review its settings.
Active links appear first. Expired and revoked links appear in a separate section that you can expand.
Selecting a link opens the window used to review and edit its settings. You can see the shared devices, expiration setting, and invited recipients where applicable.
Change a Shared Link’s Expiration
You can update when an active ZOLEO Track shared link expires without creating a new URL.
- Open Share → Manage links in ZOLEO Track.
- Select the active link you want to update.
- Choose a different expiration date or select Never expires.
- Save your changes.
The existing shared URL remains the same, so you do not need to send a replacement URL.
Selecting Never expires removes the scheduled expiration. You can still revoke the link when you want to stop sharing.
Change the Devices Included in a Shared Link
You can add or remove devices from an active ZOLEO Track shared link.
- Open Share → Manage links in ZOLEO Track.
- Select the link you want to update.
- Update the device selection.
- Save your changes.
The existing shared URL remains the same. The map reflects the devices included in the updated sharing settings.
Review the selected devices before saving to make sure you are sharing the activity you intend.
Change the Recipients of an Invited Link
For an email-invited ZOLEO Track link, you can update the email addresses allowed to access the shared map.
- Open Share activity → Manage links in ZOLEO Track.
- Under Link access, select Invited.
- Add or remove recipient email addresses.
- Save your changes.
Updating the recipient list does not create a new shared URL. Access is restricted to the approved email addresses through their email inboxes.
Regular links do not use an approved recipient list. Anyone with a regular link can access its shared content while the link remains active.
Revoke a Shared Link to Stop Access
Revoking a ZOLEO Track shared link stops access immediately for everyone using that link, including someone already viewing the map.
- Open Share → Manage links in ZOLEO Track.
- Select the active link you want to stop sharing.
- Choose the option to Revoke the link.
A revoked link cannot be reactivated. To share again, create a new shared link.
The revoked link remains in your link history until you delete its record.
Review Expired and Revoked Link History
ZOLEO Track keeps expired and revoked links in a separate history section.
- Open Share → Manage links in ZOLEO Track.
- Expand the section containing expired and revoked links.
- Browse the history and select a link to review its available details.
This section is collapsed when you first open link management. Expand it to review older records. Expired and revoked records are not deleted automatically. They remain until you delete them.
Manage Links Created Before This Update
Shared links created in the current ZOLEO Track experience do not need to be recreated when link management becomes available.
You can manage those existing links, including updating their expiration. Their expiration settings do not automatically change to Never expires.
